Livium Ltd has appointed Phillip Campbell as independent non-executive chair, effective April 1, 2025.
Campbell currently serves as non-executive chair at Verbrec Ltd, Intrax Engineers, and SpaceCube Group.
“We are delighted Phillip has decided to join the Livium Board. Phillip’s extensive board experience adds to our current strong board capabilities,” Livium CEO and managing director, Simon Linge said.
“Phillip’s experience will also assist our funding and structuring considerations for Livium into the future and will further support the strong governance processes that we have well established at Livium.
“I would also like to thank Phil Thick for taking on the interim Chair role in recent months.”
Public and private experience
Campbell brings extensive experience as an independent non-executive director across both publicly listed and private companies. His background includes managing director and chief executive officer roles in national manufacturing and engineering businesses, along with a strong track record in business development and expansion.
He holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Queensland and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Current interim non-executive chair Philip Thick will revert to his position as non-executive director.
