Nextech3D.ai unveils AI chatbot for client services

Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) earlier this week introduced a new AI-powered chatbot as part of the company’s broader strategy to adopt an AI-first approach across its operations.

The company said the chatbot has been deployed on its website and is designed to function as an AI assistant for customers. It described the tool as being similar to a personal concierge, offering voice-enabled support and responding to questions in a natural and engaging manner.

CEO Evan Gappelberg told Proactive that the chatbot is only the initial step in a wider plan to integrate artificial intelligence across various service areas. “We have a lot of AI technology that we’re going to be rolling out over the coming weeks and months,” he said.

Gappelberg also indicated that the chatbot’s capabilities extend well beyond basic customer service. He said the tool could be adapted for lead generation as well as enhanced event services, including voice-enabled assistance for event attendees. He highlighted that the chatbot could help users book appointments, access show information, and navigate physical event spaces using the company’s mapping software.

The company believes that expanding chatbot use cases to include concierge services for third-party events could represent a new opportunity. Gappelberg said the technology is already advanced enough to deliver conversations that feel indistinguishable from human interactions. “It was a very engaging conversation,” Gappelberg remarked. “Quite shocking at how far AI technology has come.”
