CD Projekt shares dropped over 10% after the Polish game developer gave an update on the timing of the next instalment of its popular Witcher series.
The company said the premiere of 'Witcher IV' was now scheduled for after 2026.
Finance director Piotr Nielubowicz said the new scheduling was being provided to "to give more visibility to investors", with analysts having previously forecast the game to come out between 2026 and 2028.
Witcher IV is the first of a planned new trilogy expanding the medieval fantasy franchise, which has sold more than 75 million copies.
