eToro targets $4.5B valuation in Nasdaq IPO

eToro announced that it filed for an initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “ETOR.”

A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed the company aims to raise between $300 million and $400 million at a pre-money valuation of $4.5 billion.

The total number of shares to be offered and pricing are yet to be disclosed.

The IPO will be led by several major financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, UBS, and Citigroup.

This marks the company's second attempt to go public after a previous SPAC merger was terminated in 2022.

Founded in 2007, Israel-based eToro allows users to trade various assets, including stocks and cryptocurrencies. It currently manages about $11.3 billion in customer assets across three million accounts.
