Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd (TSX-V:SPA, OTC:SPAZF) has engaged German Mining Networks GmbH (GMN) to provide marketing and investor relations services in Europe.
GMN, based in Frankfurt, will enhance investor awareness of the company. The initial three-month engagement costs $20,400, with a $6,800 monthly fee. The company may extend the contract monthly for the same fee. All expenses will be covered by working capital.
GMN is independent of Spanish Mountain Gold and holds no interest in its securities.
