C3 Metals Inc (TSX-V:CCCM, OTC:CARCF) has closed its bought deal private placement, raising C$11.5M through the sale of 23M shares at C$0.50 each, including an over-allotment option.
The offering was led by Paradigm Capital Inc. and Canaccord Genuity Corp., with BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc.
The Underwriters received a 6% fee of C$690,000.
Proceeds will fund exploration at the Jasperoide Copper-Gold project's Khaleesi belt, the Super Block project, and for general corporate purposes.
