Highfield Resources Ltd has agreed with Yankuang Energy Group Co., Ltd to extend the sunset date for satisfying conditions under their Implementation Agreement.
Initially set for March 31, 2025, the deadline is now June 30, 2025.
This agreement involves Highfield acquiring all issued capital of Yancoal Canada Resources Co., Ltd, a Yankuang subsidiary that owns the Southey asset. The extension allows both parties additional time to fulfil the necessary conditions for completion.
