In India, the company has entered into a three-year agreement with Euroteck Environmental Pvt Ltd, which is expected to generate AU$7.16 million in revenue.
The deal includes a minimum commitment of 3,000 G15 Jet Blower units over the contract period, with an initial order worth AU$144,000 already secured.
Expanding further into the Türkiye market, Sprintex has established an exclusive partnership with Net 0 Enerji, a company specialising in energy tracking solutions.
This agreement is expected to generate more than AU$5.7 million in revenue over the first three years, enhancing Sprintex’s market presence in the region.
Sprintex is also conducting a pilot project with Micron, targeting the Taiwan semiconductor market.
Driving sustainability in Europe
The European Union’s National Emission Reduction Commitments (NEC) Directive is driving demand for sustainable ammonia reduction technologies.
Sprintex is hoping to capitalise on this regulatory shift through a partnership with Mest Water (MW Techniek), which integrates Sprintex’s energy-efficient compressors into Zero Liquid Discharge Universal Process (ZLD-UP) systems.
Under this collaboration, Sprintex expects to deliver an initial order of 200 compressors valued at €3.8 million (AU$6.5 million) by March 2025.
These units will be deployed at a production rate of 30 compressors per month, generating around €570,000 (AU$975,000) in monthly revenue.
The overall market opportunity is substantial, with total expected orders ranging between 600 and 800 units in 2025, valued at over AU$20 million.
This initiative is set to support thousands of livestock farms across Europe, converting ammonia emissions into solid fertilisers.
The technology enables compliance with strict EU agricultural emissions targets, offering a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to conventional ammonia control methods.
Proven success in aquaculture
Sprintex’s G-Series Jet Blowers have demonstrated their ability to reduce operational costs and energy consumption in key industries.
In a recent UK wastewater treatment proposal, Sprintex Jet Blowers replaced Robuschi rotary lobe blowers, delivering annual energy cost savings of between £60,952 and £63,742 per unit.
The estimated payback period was as low as 4.9 months, with five-year savings projected at £559,520 for two Sprintex units.
The company’s solutions are also making a significant impact in aquaculture, with a successful trial at ILKNAK Aquaculture in Türkiye. Sprintex’s G15 Jet Blower replaced multiple 350mbar side channel blowers, reducing energy consumption by up to 70%.
The transition enabled ILKNAK to lower its operational expenses (OPEX) while supporting a more sustainable fish farming model. Given ILKNAK’s management of multiple fish farms and hatcheries, the success of this trial positions Sprintex for further expansion in the Turkish aquaculture sector.
Advancing new market opportunities
Sprintex is actively engaging with European blower manufacturers, including AirTech, which has already initiated lab testing of the company’s technology.
The company is also in discussions with system integrators for containerised wastewater treatment applications, embedding its blowers into pre-existing industry solutions.
Additionally, the data centre industry presents an emerging growth opportunity. Sprintex is exploring how its high-pressure Jet Blowers can enhance cooling efficiency for legacy computer room air-conditioner (CRAC) systems, which are critical for AI, cloud computing and cryptocurrency mining operations.
The company is also investigating heat recapture solutions using Mechanical Vapour Recompression (MVR) and Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology to convert excess heat into usable power, further enhancing sustainability in data centres.
