Spenda Ltd has finalised the sale of its invoice finance loan book to Grapple Invoice Finance Fund Pty Ltd through its subsidiary, Spenda Cash Flow Pty Ltd, which services the loan book.
The transaction was completed on March 14, 2025, with Spenda receiving an initial consideration of $500,000.
All security over the company and $2.3 million in first-loss capital has been released.
