The order is part of a broader distribution agreement expected to generate over A$7 million in sales over the next three years, primarily targeting wastewater treatment applications. The agreement includes a customised version of Sprintex’s G-15 blower solution for Aire-O2 Triton aerators.

Major financial impact

The purchase order consists of Sprintex’s G15 and G25 series blowers, with customised models specifically designed for the Aire-02 Triton aerators. The breakdown includes:

  • G15 Series Blowers (including customised Triton models): US$54,800 (A$86,888)
  • G25 Series Blowers: US$171,000 (A$271,127)

The total order Value comes to US$225,800 (A$358,015)

An initial deposit of 50% (US$112,900 or A$179,007) is due within seven days, with the balance payable upon delivery. The order follows an initial payment of US$45,875 (A$72,737) made by Euroteck in December 2024 as part of the distribution agreement.

"We are thrilled to receive this maiden purchase order from Euroteck, which not only exceeds their Q1 minimum order requirement but also signals strong momentum in the Indian market,” Sprintex managing director and CEO Jay Upton said.

“The inclusion of our G25 series blowers underscores the platform’s potential to drive significant revenue growth as we scale production to meet demand."

Market expansion and revenue potential

This order surpasses Euroteck’s Q1 minimum order requirement of US$183,500 (A$290,947) by US$42,300 (A$67,068) and contributes towards Q2 commitments. The three-year agreement is expected to exceed A$7.16 million in total sales.

"This order marks an exciting step forward as we introduce Sprintex’s innovative blower technology to the Indian wastewater treatment sector. With our expertise and infrastructure, we are well-positioned to drive adoption and expand this partnership," Euroteck’s managing Director Rajkumar Kurra said.

Sprintex is also targeting additional Aire-O2 Triton distributors in regions such as the Middle East and North America, potentially opening further global opportunities.

Case studies and future orders

The G-Series blowers will be deployed at three key wastewater treatment sites in India, including the Delhi Jal Board Sewage Treatment Plant, Biocon Pharmaceutical Company, and GVG Paper Industries. These sites will serve as case studies to showcase energy efficiency and operational benefits, with IoT-enabled monitoring providing real-time data on performance.

Following successful validation of the customised G15 Triton models, Euroteck plans to place follow-on orders ranging from 50 to 150 additional units, significantly increasing Sprintex’s footprint in India’s wastewater treatment sector.

Sprintex expects continued revenue growth as its G25 platform gains traction in large-scale industrial applications such as wastewater treatment, sewerage systems, paper mills, and cement plants.
