Intercede Group reassures by announcing new contract wins

Intercede Group (AIM:IGP) shares traded higher on Wednesday as it reported new contract orders worth $1.37 million for the quarter ending 31 March.

They include a three-year subscription licence (worth $550,000) for the firm’s MyID SecureVault, via an intermediary, for a government client in the AsiaPac region.

"We are very pleased to secure our second subscription licence order for MyID SecureVault in AsiaPac, especially as we launched the new product only in December 2024,” chief executive Klaas van der Leest said in a statement.

“The order was contracted through one of our partners, one of Asia's leading cyber security services providers, and once again, underpins our go-to-market strategy.

“It is another great example of an increasingly geo-diversified pipeline.”

Also, it received multiple professional services contracts in the US Federal sector – one worth $400,000 for to support the deployment of Intercede’s MyID CMS, a $250,000 order for future deployment support and $170,000 to support the national banking system.

Van der Leest, meanwhile, commented: “Further, continued momentum in professional services contracts in our US federal space is welcome, reassuring and underlines the business-critical nature our software for our client base, both current and future".

In London, Intercede shares strengthened 10p or 7.25% to trade at 148p, valuing the firm at just under £90 million.
