Checkpoint Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CKPT) shares added more than 60% after it was revealed the immunology and targeted oncology firm will be acquired by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries.
Under the agreement, Sun Pharma will acquire Checkpoint for $4.10 per share in cash, representing up to $355 million in upfront payments.
Redfin Corp (NASDAQ:RDFN) shares surged more than 70% after the fintech company annoucned it is being acquired by Rocket Companies Inc (NYSE:RKT) in a transaction valued at $1.75 billion.
In the all-stock transaction, Redfin will be acquired for $12.50 per share.
Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) shares fell another 8.7% to about $240 on Monday morning amid continued investor concerns about a slowdown in vehicle global sales and CEO Elon Musk’s close ties to the Trump administration.

Novo Nordisk (NYSE:NVO) shares moved lower after the Danish drugmaker unveiled the latest trial results for its weight loss drug CagriSema.
The Phase 3 trial, called Redefine 2, showed that CagriSema helped obese or overweight adults with type 2 diabetes reduce their weight by 15.7% after 68 weeks, compared to 3.1% with placebo.
