CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM:CTL, OTCQX:CTLHF) said its retail offer brought in £143,980, which will be added to the £2.4 million raised as part of its placing of new stock. CEO Stephen Kesler said the company's focus in the coming months is completing the Laguna Verde Pre-Feasibility Study, scaling battery-grade lithium carbonate production for testing, and advancing Special Lithium Operating Contract (CEOL) discussions with the Chilean Government. It is also moving forward with plans for a dual ASX listing.
