Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) joined Proactive to discuss the company’s latest AI-driven partnership with CSM.ai.
The collaboration is aimed at increasing efficiency and scaling the production of high-quality 3D models, particularly for eCommerce.
Proactive: Welcome back inside our Proactive newsroom. Joining me now is Evan Gappelberg, CEO of Nextech3D.ai. Evan, it's great to see you again. How are you?
Evan Gappelberg: I'm great. Great to be back.
Really interesting news today regarding a deal with a company you've been working with for a while—CSM.ai. Tell me a bit about this company and why you're partnering with them.
Sure. These guys are pioneers in the AI space. Their team includes talent from MIT, Google, and DeepMind, giving them deep AI expertise. They have been primarily focused on creating 3D assets at scale for the gaming industry.
We were approached by them, and now we’re working hand in hand to create 3D models for eCommerce, which is a new space for them. As part of our partnership, any clients looking for 3D models that approach them are referred to us. It’s a reciprocal relationship as we build this technology together.
The news release mentions that this partnership speeds up production, lowers costs, and increases output. It sounds like a win-win.
Absolutely. We're lowering our costs and increasing our ability to scale—both of which go hand in hand. You simply can’t achieve large-scale production using only human labor; AI is necessary.
We already use our own AI in-house, but CSM.ai is on another level. They have backing from major investors, including Reid Hoffman, the founder of LinkedIn.
Creating high-quality 3D models is complex, and these are the highest-quality models available today. Scaling that level of quality hasn't been done before, but with this partnership, we’re making it happen.
We’ve already delivered hundreds of models and are on track to deliver thousands. Our production costs have dropped by as much as 50% in some cases, which allows us to be more competitive and win more business.
It also sounds like both companies have strong industry networks. Does this partnership open up new opportunities?
Absolutely. It’s a true partnership—we’re sharing customers, resources, and technology. There’s a lot of upside, and we’re very excited about what’s ahead.
