DiamondCorp (LON:DCP), the Southern African diamond development and exploration company, said a warrant holder plans to exercise 5mln warrants at 9p a throw.
As a result, DiamondCorp will receive £450,000, and the number of ordinary shares in issue will rise to around 323.37mln.
DiamondCorp shares currently trade at 10p.
