Ecora Resources PLC (LSE:ECOR, TSX:ECOR, OTCQX:ECRAF) has now completed its acquisition of a copper stream linked to production at the Mimbula copper mine.
The mine is owned by Moxico Resources PLC, and the total cash consideration for the transaction was US$50 million.
The acquisition was initially announced on 27 February.
