Sprintex Ltd has opened the gates to an entirely new product line for the European Union after securing CE Mark certification for its innovative range of G25 G820, G37 G835 and G55 G850 Industrial Jet Blowers.
This regulatory achievement to the standard of European CE Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC provides strong validation of Sprintex’s new larger industrial solutions and follows CE Mark certification of the G15 jet blower range in April 2024.
Sales into EU
This will unlock immediate sales into the European Union (EU) and other countries which recognise the certification, with 28 new countries in the company’s sights and target industries including data centres, large-scale wastewater projects, aquaculture and pneumatic projects seeking to meet global sustainability goals.
It will underpin an aggressive sales and marketing push for the new product line with production scheduled for mid-March 2025 and first deliveries beginning shortly thereafter.

UL and CUL certification next
The company has also initiated the process for UL and CUL certification for its G Series products which would enable industrial and environmental sales into the burgeoning North American markets and extend Sprintex’s reach into majority of the worldwide market.
UL standards for electrical safety are accepted in around 125 countries worldwide.
The new G25 G820, G37 G835 and G55 G850 Industrial Jet Blowers have several key advantages over traditional turbo blowers and rotary lobe blowers, which is anticipated to lead to rapid take up.
Innovative range
This innovative, industrial-scale range operates at up to 95,000 RPM, three to four times faster than typical turbo blowers and 26 to 28 times faster than conventional rotary blade blowers, delivering industry-leading energy savings of 10-20% over conventional turbo blowers and 40-50% over Roots blowers.
The Sprintex offering is considerably lighter and more compact, which reduces installation costs by 50% to 60% and unlocks access to space-constrained sites. Each system is also fitted with smart monitoring and performance tracking, which can adapt to varying loads, ideal for scalability targets.
Complements network
CE Mark certification complements the company’s existing distributor network including partnerships with exclusive Turkish distributor Net 0 Enerji and Airend UK set to generate minimum orders totalling A$5.8 million over three years and A$17.5 million over five years respectively.
The company is also in advanced discussions with strategic collaborator and leading European environmental technology company Mest Water for uptake of the recently certified products.
Production of the smaller scale offering with Mest Water is expected to begin shortly, alongside an initial order pending of 200 units from a major farming company representing a total order value €3.8 million or A$6.3 million.
Providing additional, larger offerings to Mest Water unlocks potential to further grow order volumes with the group.
Attaining the required certification for the entire range of jet blowers provides Sprintex with immediate market access to 28 EU and European Economic Area countries and many others, leaving the company well positioned for rapid distributor adoption.
