EMV Capital plc (AIM: EMVC) portfolio company PDS Biotechnology Corporation (Nasdaq: PDSB) has raised $11 million, through an equity funding.
PDS, which is focussed on immunotherapies, sold around 7.33 million new shares in a direct offer, plus warrants which (if exercised) will bring in another $11 million.
Proceeds are earmarked to support ongoing research and development, and general corporate purposes.
