Zytronic confirms AIM delisting

Zytronic's (AIM:ZYT) shares are set to be de-listed from AIM as the company winds down operations after failing to secure a buyer for its main business, Zytronic Displays.

Shareholders can expect a return of 46 to 60 pence per share, depending on asset sales.

To cut costs and maximise returns, the board is seeking approval to de-list and become a private company. A shareholder vote will be held, with the board recommending approval.

Unaudited turnover for 2024 was £7.2 million, with a pre-tax loss of £1.5 million.

Cash reserves stood at £3.9 million in February but will decline as the wind-down progresses. Shares will be suspended from AIM on 1 April due to delayed financial reporting.

The stock fell 1.7% to 39.5p.
