Sealand Capital Galaxy Ltd (LSE:SCGL), a small-cap AI fintech firm, saw its shares spike in London on Wednesday as it named Vacuumlabs as the strategic development partner for a venture in Asia.
Sealand, and its partner EVOO AI PLC, will work with Vacuumlabs on SEA-VOO AI ASIA which is intended to “provide a personalized, AI-powered luxury e-commerce experience”.
In London, Sealand Capital was trading up 34% at 1.81p – and have changed hands as high as 2p today.
“Vacuumlabs stood out not only for their world-class engineering capabilities but also for their experience in building scalable, high-performance platforms that blend fintech solutions with digital commerce,” Sealand CEO Thomas Sawyer said in a statement.
He added: “we and the EVOO team are looking forward to working with them to deliver an exceptional technology platform that drives revenue across our group of companies."
