Wellnex Life Ltd (ASX:WNX) has secured £7.3 million in funding to meet the minimum capital requirements for its planned dual listing on AIM, expected in early March.
The Melbourne-based healthcare company is already listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
The funds will be used to redeem convertible notes, settle payments related to its Pain Away Australia acquisition, and cover listing costs.
Wellnex is a consumer health and wellness group whose brands include painAWAY and NIGHTYNIGHT.
Joint managing director Zack Bozinovski called the listing a “game-changing moment” for the company.
The firm’s medicinal cannabis business will remain limited to Australia under AIM rules.
