Shares in AdvancedAdvT Ltd (LSE:ADVT) climbed 11% to 161p after the compliance software firm said it expects underlying profits to be "materially" above current market expectations for the year to 28 February.
The trading performance has been "strong" since interim results were published in November, the company said, driven by new customers and renewals on improved terms. Operational efficiencies have also been achieved.
Current market expectations are for revenue of roughly £41 million and adjusted EBITDA of around £8.4 million, according to the company's research.
Chair Vin Murria said the performance "reflects the operational changes implemented in the first half of the year and the positive impact of key customer contract wins".
She said the company continues to pursue further M&A targets.
The stock was up 16.45p at 161.45p.
