Falcon Gold readies for more drilling at Great Burnt project

Falcon Gold Corp (TSX-V:FG, OTC:FGLDF) said on Wednesday it has completed road plowing and access improvements at its Great Burnt copper-gold project in Central Newfoundland, overcoming heavy snowfall to ensure full accessibility to the drill site.

The company has now mobilized its drill equipment to camp and expects to begin drilling by the weekend, according to a statement from Falcon.

The primary access road has now been fully cleared despite unseasonably high snowfall. With the logistics in place, the company is set to start its planned 1,100-metre drilling program, which will target up to 10 high-priority geophysical anomalies.

"Our team has worked diligently to overcome the logistical challenges caused by heavy snowfall, ensuring seamless access to our drill site," said Karim Rayani, CEO of Falcon Gold.

"With the road now fully optimized and our drill equipment mobilized to camp, we are well-positioned to begin drilling at the Great Burnt copper-gold project by this weekend. This is a key milestone in advancing our exploration efforts.”
