EnWave Corp (TSX-V:ENW, OTC:NWVCF) announced that it has signed an amendment to its royalty-bearing license agreement with Patatas Fritas Torres SL (PFT), a leading snack manufacturer based in Spain.

The updated agreement allows PFT to leverage its established distribution network to quickly broaden its offerings in the global snack market.

When Aftermath Silver Ltd (TSX-V:AAG, OTCQX:AAGFF) first acquired the Berenguela project in 2020, a silver-copper deposit located in southeastern Peru, its focus was primarily on its silver resources. A polymetallic carbonate-replacement deposit spanning nearly 6,600 hectares and small-scale production in the early twentieth century, the project fit well within Vancouver-based Aftermath’s goal to assemble one of the largest portfolios of silver development assets.

And then came the manganese. While the company originally acquired its project with a focus on silver, CEO Ralph Rushton said a growing focus on manganese, coupled with advancements in metallurgical processing technology, has significantly increased the project’s potential.

Septerna shares tumbled more than 60% after the clinical-stage biotechnology firm announced it is halting its Phase 1 clinical trial of SEP-786 targeting hypoparathyroidism.

The company said it chose to discontinue the trial due to the occurrence of elevated bilirubin levels in trial participants.

Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC, ETR:INL) shares surged almost 10% after the Wall Street Journal reported that competitors Broadcom Inc (NASDAQ:AVGO, ETR:1YD) and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (ADR) (NYSE:TSM) (TSMC) are exploring potential bids for Intel which would split up the company.

The news led chipmaker stocks higher on Tuesday amid speculation about potential acquisition deals.

Invinity Energy Systems PLC (AIM:IES, OTCQX:IESVF, AQSE:IES) saw its shares jump 14% after announcing a major partnership with UK energy developer Frontier Power.

The deal could see up to 2 gigawatt-hours of Invinity’s ENDURIUM vanadium flow batteries used in large-scale energy projects across the UK.
