Falcon Gold taps Warrior Drilling to lead exploration at Great Burnt project

Falcon Gold Corp (TSX-V:FG, OTC:FGLDF) announced that it has selected Warrior Drilling to lead exploration operations at its Great Burnt copper-gold project in Newfoundland.

The company highlighted that Warrior Drilling, a well-established contractor with a strong track record in mineral exploration across Canada, brings its expertise in high-precision drilling to the project.

Falcon Gold said it is mobilizing equipment and setting up its exploration camp to begin an initial 10-hole drill program.

Drilling will focus on high-priority targets identified through geophysics and historical data, aiming to expand known mineralization and explore new zones along the interpreted mineralized structure.

The project has shown strong potential for high-grade copper and gold mineralization, supported by historical data and recent discoveries in the region, Falcon Gold highlighted.

"With the success seen at Benton Resources and others in the area, we are highly encouraged by the potential at Great Burnt,” Falcon Gold CEO Karim Rayani said in a statement.

“Our geological team believes the mineralized structure extends north into our project, and this drill program will test that theory. We are excited to get drills turning and look forward to sharing results with our shareholders."
