Shares in Cloudbreak Discovery PLC (LSE:CDL, OTC:CDBDF) dropped 14% after returning from suspension, following the publication of its delayed annual report for the year ended 30 June.
The London-listed royalty and natural resources firm had requested its listing be restored after filing the financial statements and uploading them to the National Storage Mechanism.
Cloudbreak, which operates as a project generator in the natural resources sector, has been suspended since 1 November.
The stock was marked down 0.021p to 0.13p, valuing the business at a little less than £1.5 million.
