Ondo Insurtech PLC has confirmed that Liberty Mutual Insurance, the sixth-largest home insurer in the US, to trial its LeakBot technology. The pilot programme will roll out to home insurance customers in four US states.
LeakBot is a smart water leak detection system designed to prevent costly home insurance claims. As with Ondo’s other deals, the contract includes upfront payments before shipments begin.
This agreement strengthens Ondo’s presence in the US, adding another major insurer to its growing list of partners using technology to reduce insurance claims and costs.
