Millennial Potash Corp (TSX-V:MLP, OTCQB:MLPNF) announced it has requested approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of approximately 3.59 million share purchase warrants issued under a private placement by three years.
The company wishes to extend the expiry date of the warrants issued on February 28, 2023, to February 28, 2028. The exercise price will stay at $0.75.
