Surgical Innovations Group (AIM:SUN) shares jumped 20% in the first hour of trading after the company reported a profitable second half of 2024, marking a successful turnaround.
Full-year revenue is expected to meet market expectations, while adjusted earnings (EBITDA) will come in slightly ahead, thanks to cost-cutting and restructuring efforts.
The company, which designs and manufactures minimally invasive surgical technology, saw a notable improvement in performance in the latter half of the year.
Net debt fell to £300,000 by year-end, down from £500,000 in June, with cash reserves holding steady at £1.2 million.
The stock was up 0.12p at 0.68p.
