MustGrow Biologics Corp. (TSX-V:MGRO, OTCQB:MGROF) announced that it has signed a five-year exclusive distribution agreement with Canadian regenerative agriculture firm Adjuvants Plus.
The company said that through its recently acquired Canadian sales and distribution division, NexusBioAg, it will distribute Adjuvants’ product line across the country.
It also has a first right of refusal for the distribution of Adjuvants’ products in the United States.
The agreement covers four products, with a focus on EndoFine and EndoGuard, which complement MustGrow's existing crop portfolio sold in Canada through NexusBioAg.
Adjuvants’ solutions feature Clonostachys rosea, a naturally occurring beneficial fungus that enhances plant health and protects crops by promoting root development, improving nutrient uptake, and suppressing soil-borne diseases.
The technology has undergone extensive field testing in NexusBioAg’s BioAdvantage Trials Program, returning consistent yield improvements across multiple crops, including canola, wheat, soybeans, pulses, and specialty crops like fruits and vegetables.
With regulatory approvals already secured, MustGrow is preparing for a full-scale Canadian launch in the 2025 crop year.
Advancing sustainable agriculture
At the same time, the company is expanding its BioAdvantage Trials Program to the US, with an initial focus on high-value fruit and vegetable crops in California.

Bill Brown, Adjuvants president, added that MustGrow’s distribution platform would allow it to bring its products and their benefits to more Canadian farmers.
