Monday.com shares surged after the Cloud-based productivity software provider reported an earnings beat for the fourth quarter.
The stock was up 31.5% at about $340 late morning on Monday.
For the fourth quarter, Monday.com posted earnings per share of $1.08, which topped estimates of $0.79.
Revenue increased by 32% year-over-year to $268 million, ahead of the expected $261.3 million.
For 2025, the company projected revenue in the range of $1.21 billion to $1.22 billion.
This guidance range represents year-over-year growth of 24% to 26%.
“2024 was a remarkable year for monday.com, reflecting our rapid product innovation and focus on go-to-market execution, driving strong demand across customers of all sizes,” monday.com co-founders and co-CEOs, Roy Mann and Eran Zinman, said in a statement.
“As we look to 2025, we are excited to double-down on our AI efforts, with a focus on AI Blocks, Product Power-ups, and our new Digital Workforce of AI Agents.”
