Non-executive director Jeffrey Lewis will not be seeking re-election to the board of Tekcapital (LON:TEK) at this month’s annual general meeting.
Lewis recently joined a new law firm that prohibits him from holding a board position with a public company, so he will be stepping down from the board at the end of this month.
The international provider of technology and intellectual property services also revealed on Tuesday morning it was notified that Barnard Nominees holds a 4.33% of the company, although the shares are held on behalf of individual Barnard clients, none of whom have more than a 3% stake in the company.
