Condor Resources Inc. (TSX-V:CN, OTC:CNRIF) recently acquired historical drilling data for its Rio Bravo project in Peru.
CEO Chris Buncic joined Proactive to talk about how the data enhances the company’s understanding of the copper-molybdenum porphyry system.

Chris Buncic: Great. Thanks, Steve. Good to see you.
Some news today about your Rio Bravo project in Peru. You’ve accessed historical data from a company that previously worked on the project. Can you explain how you acquired this information?
Sure. This is a project we staked a couple of years ago when it became available. We’ve had our eye on it for some time. Recently, we acquired historical data from a major company through a data-sharing agreement. This additional information confirms that we have an exciting copper-molybdenum porphyry system of significant grade.
The data includes 11 drill holes from 2012, covering nearly 6,000 meters. How does this data, combined with your own work, impact your understanding of the project?
The intercepts are very encouraging. Our analysis, combined with the acquired data, suggests a higher-grade core about 400 meters southeast of where previous drilling occurred. The project remains open in all directions and at depth, offering substantial expansion potential.
The area you’re targeting has never been drilled before, correct?
That’s right. Aside from the historical drilling, this remains a greenfield project. It is 100% owned by Condor with no royalties, providing a lot of runway for future development.
What are the next steps for Rio Bravo?
Our primary focus remains on the Pucamayo and Huiñac Punta projects. However, Rio Bravo adds additional value for our shareholders. We may pursue a partnership similar to past deals, where another company advances the project while we retain residual interest.
