Technology Minerals PLC (LSE:TM1) told investors it is now in the final stages of closing its transaction to sell LRH Resources Limited, the holding company for its stake in the Leinster project, to European Lithium.
Only minor procedural steps remain, the company said in a statement after market hours on Tuesday.
