Acuity RM Group's (LSE:ACRM) shares rose 5.3% on Tuesday after the software company reported a 50% increase in annual revenue, driven by upselling to existing clients.
The firm, which provides the STREAM platform for governance, risk and compliance, announced unaudited revenues of £2.1 million for the year ending 31 December 2024, up from £1.4 million the previous year.
As of year-end, Acuity's cash holdings, including expected January receipts, totalled £1.3 million, matching the prior year's figure. Forward contracted revenue increased to £3.4 million from £2.9 million, while the sales pipeline remained steady at £7.92 million.
In the first hour of trading, the company's shares were trading at 1.79p.
