Terra Metals fields high-grade titanium at Dante

Terra Metals fields high-grade titanium at Dante

Terra Metals Ltd managing director and CEO Thomas Line talks with Proactive’s Tylah Tully about the latest results from the company’s second drilling program at Reef 1 North within the Dante Project in Western Australia.

Line emphasised the discovery of consistent high-grade titanium mineralisation from surface over a 2.5-kilometre strike. This titanium is part of a rich polymetallic deposit that includes copper, precious metals and vanadium.

He highlighted the significance of these results, which demonstrate the potential for a shallow, low-cost, high-grade development opportunity.

Line notes that the demand for titanium is rising as global sources deplete, adding, "Certainly what we have found is shaping up to be potentially one of the largest and highest-grade deposits."

Looking ahead, Terra Metals plans to continue drilling at Reef 1 North and conduct metallurgical test-work to explore the potential for creating multiple high-value concentrates from this polymetallic deposit.

Additional drill results are expected soon, which should offer further insight into the deposit's scale and value.

Stay tuned as Terra Metals progresses its exploration at the Dante Reefs project.
