Eclipse Metals Ltd has thanked Rodney Dale for his contribution following his retirement from active service and resignation as a director of the company, effective January 31, 2025.
In thanking Dale for his service, the company board said his contribution and experience over the last 12 years has been invaluable to the growth and development of Eclipse.
Eclipse Metals executive chairman Carl Popal said: “Rod’s steadfast commitment and exceptional geological expertise have been instrumental in shaping Eclipse Metals into the company it is today.
"Although he has chosen to step back, Rod has graciously expressed his continued support for Eclipse, reflecting his enduring dedication to our mission.
"It has been an honour to work alongside such a remarkable colleague and we extend our deepest gratitude for his years of invaluable service. Rod’s legacy will continue to inspire and guide us as we move forward.”
