Active Energy Group PLC (AIM:AEG, OTCQB:ATGVF) has rebooted its board Paul Elliott joining as a director effective immediately alongside Pankaj Rajani as a non-exec.
James Leahy remains as non-executive chairman but is to stand down at the forthcoming AGM. Michael Rowan will temporarily continue to serve on the board as a non-exec to facilitate a smooth transition.
Elliot is a property developer and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience including the development, rental, and sale of numerous properties, including commercial buildings and Victorian conversions.
Corporate finance specialist Rajani was a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1987 and a founding partner of Macilvin Moore in 1990.
Rajani played a pivotal role in the recent merger that led to the formation of the business now known as Macalvins, said Active Energy's statement.
