Alternus Clean Energy Inc (NASDAQ:ALCE, OTC:ACLEW) has successfully completed a $2.25 million private placement under a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors dated January 21.
The offering, structured as a 20% Original Issue Discount Promissory Note, will support working capital and corporate purposes.
Investors also received approximately 1.562 million shares of common stock.
