Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd (NASDAQ:TLSA) has announced the discovery of new immune biomarkers in patients with non-active secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (na-SPMS) treated with its novel therapy nasal foralumab.

The company’s study detected changes in gene expression starting three months after patients received intranasal foralumab in the ongoing ISPPEA (Expanded Access Program).

Procter & Gamble Co (NYSE:PG, ETR:PRG) shares climbed on Wednesday after the consumer goods giant unveiled expectation-beating second-quarter figures on solid demand across the board.

Earnings jumped 34% to US$4.63 billion over the quarter on a 2% increase in net sales to US$21.9 billion, P&G reported, outdoing analyst forecasts.

Adjusted net earnings of US$4.95 billion were down 11.1% year on year in the fourth quarter, J&J reported, but ahead of consensus expectations for US$4.88 billion.

United Airlines Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:UAL, ETR:UAL1) shares climbed in Wednesday’s pre-market trading following news of record passenger figures last year and profit in the fourth quarter.

Almost 174 million passengers travelled with the airline last year, it said on Tuesday evening, as demand for premium, corporate and economy seats all picked up.

Netflix Inc (NASDAQ:NFLX, ETR:NFC) shares skyrocketed almost 15% in pre-market trading after the streaming service’s strong content slate saw it add a record 18.9 million subscribers during the fourth quarter to end the year with 302 million subscribers.

Analysts had expected Netflix to add about 9 million subscribers, below the 13.1 million it added in the year-ago quarter.

Hochschild Mining PLC (LSE:HOC, OTCQX:HCHDF) was the biggest faller across the FTSE 350 on Wednesday morning, plunging over 16% as management gave an update on production and the cost outlook.

The overall production target for 2025 is 350,000-378,000 gold equivalent ounces, with an all-in-sustaining cost (AISC) target of $1,587-$1,687 per gold equivalent ounce.
