Shares in Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC (AIM:BKS) rose 5% in morning trading after the company announced its Exchange Cloud service is now live with Nasdaq, the global technology company serving capital markets.
The partnership, first revealed in February 2024, allows Nasdaq to offer cloud infrastructure and analytics services to its members. Initial deployment is in Nasdaq’s core data centre in Carteret, New Jersey, with further expansion potential.
The multi-year agreement is described as "material" and supports Beeks' growth plans and financial year 2025 expectations.
Customer onboarding for the service is set to begin at the end of February, with Beeks highlighting its role in enabling major exchanges to become the cloud provider for their end users.
In morning trading, the shares were up 14p at 278p.
