The company invests in mining companies with development and production-stage projects, providing them with non-dilutive capital. Through strategic partnerships with Endeavour Financial and Terra Capital, Empress leverages global investment opportunities, mining finance expertise, deal structuring, and access to capital markets.
Empress currently holds four producing royalties located in Peru, Mexico, Mozambique, and South Africa. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its portfolio in 2025 by adhering to a targeted investment strategy.
