Fineqia International Inc (CSE:FNQ, OTC:FNQQF) announced that it has appointed Wave Digital Assets as an investment advisor for its Lichtenstein subsidiary Fineqia AG.
Wave manages approximately $500 million in assets and offers a combination of venture capital, fund, and private wealth management services tailored to the digital asset ecosystem.
Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an investment advisor, the firm brings extensive experience in managing assets for institutional and accredited clients.
Its portfolio includes the Bitcoin Income & Growth Fund, operational since 2019, and the Wave ADA Yield Fund, which generates yield from decentralized finance (DeFi) activities on the Cardano (ADA) blockchain and has been active since March 2022.
Wave’s team will provide expertise and support to Fineqia AG as it develops and expands its digital asset investment products.

"Wave's deep knowledge and experience in the digital asset market will be invaluable as we innovate and bring new products to market."
David Siemer, Wave CEO, also expressed excitement about the collaboration.

The partnership between Fineqia and Wave is supported by a reciprocal minority equity interest, with each holding less than 5% of the other's equity. No compensation was exchanged for the statements made in the announcement.
