Zephyr Energy starts well operations ahead of next production test in Utah

Zephyr Energy PLC (AIM:ZPHR, OTCQB:ZPHRF) told investors it has started operations for an extended lateral on its State 36-2 LNW-CC-R well.

The well is located in the Cane Creek reservoir within the Paradox Basin, Utah.

Zephyr will drill an additional 5,500 feet horizontally from the existing wellbore.

The company said it expects the drilling phase to be completed within 30 days.

Upon completion, the drill rig will be demobilized, and equipment for completion and production testing will be mobilised to the site.

It is expected that first results from production testing will be available by the end of March.
