HeLIX Exploration PLC (AIM:HEX) chief executive Bo Sears told investors that Rudyard could be the largest helium project in the state of Montana, as the AIM-quoted firm completed the acquisition of a processing plant.
The company, in a statement, said the acquisition of the Xebec Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) processing plant was now complete, for $500,000, moving the Rudyard project closer to production.
Shares in Quadrise PLC (AIM:QED) (Quadrise PLC (AIM:QED)) rose 7.5% in mid-afternoon trading following an update to its licensing agreement with Valkor. The revised deal is expected to deliver the company’s first revenues by the end of January.
The news comes as Valkor confirmed it had secured $15 million in project financing to develop its Primary Project Site (PPS) at Asphalt Ridge in Utah. The site is part of a heavy oil project that will utilise Quadrise’s proprietary technology for on-site processing.
Quadrise PLC (AIM:QED) has updated its licensing deal with Valkor, in Utah, with new terms that see first revenues before the end of this month.
It comes as Valkor has confirmed it has secured $15 million of project finance to develop its Primary Project Site (PPS) at Asphalt Ridge, Utah, for its heavy oil project – which will use Quadrise technology as part of its on-site processing.
Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF) told investors it has completed the site works for its upcoming Jackson-31 and Jackson-04 helium wells, at the Galactica project in Colorado, USA.
The company confirmed that all well casing has been delivered to the sites.
Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) has signed an agreement to dispose of its EP-145 in Australia to ASX-listed Echelon Resources.
The net proceeds combined with planned expenditure on EP-145 in 2025 that will no longer be incurred are estimated to be circa A$3 million.
Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd (AIM:ECO, TSX-V:EOG) has completed its transaction with Africa Oil Corp (TSX:AOI), which saw the sale of 1% of Block 3B/4B.
The AIM-quoted firm’s stake has reduced to 5.25% as a result.
