Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD) told investors that its acquisition of Belgian data centre assets remains on-track to close in the first quarter, as it secures key approvals in Europe.
The proposed deal has received necessary regulatory approvals from Belgium's Interfederal Screening Authority under foreign direct investment legislation and from Ireland's Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
“The remaining conditions to closing relate to the transfer of the relevant businesses and the closing of both Transactions. The Transactions remain on track to close as expected in Q1 2025,” Cordiant said in an update on Monday.
