Diamond Lake Minerals Inc (OTC:DLMI) announced it has acquired Arizona-based Solutions Naturopathic & SoftWave Acupuncture Clinics, known for its innovative SoftWave technology.
Solutions provides non-invasive, drug-free pain management solutions that promote vitality and longevity.
SoftWave’s patented acoustic wave therapy, a key component of the Solutions model, is designed to activate cellular regeneration and provide non-invasive treatment for chronic pain, sports injuries, and other physical health conditions.
The acquisition aligns with DLMI's strategy to expand its healthcare offerings in the United States, the company said in a statement.
DLMI CEO Brian J. Esposito called the acquisition a “pivotal moment” for the company while revealing a personal connection to the deal.
“This acquisition of Solutions Naturopathic & SoftWave Acupuncture Clinics marks a pivotal moment for DLMI, as we plan to grow this clinic model nationally,” Esposito said.
“This also hits very close to home for me after losing my father to a form of ALS and seeing him constantly in discomfort and pain without any help from doctors or modern medicine. DLMI is also introducing an innovative tokenization program, the DLMyHealth Token, to reward patients for following treatment protocols and recovery plans. The initiative aims to promote sustainable health outcomes by incentivizing positive behaviors and encouraging patients to stay engaged in their wellness journeys.
