Investment company Pantheon International PLC (LSE:PIN) has reported its monthly performance update, showing a 2.2% increase in net asset value (NAV) to the end of November 2024.
NAV per share stood at 501.6p as of 30 November, it stated. It marks an improvement of 10.8p from the prior month end, whilst total NAV per share return over five years stood at 79% and shareholder return over the same period was 40%.
In November, PIP recorded net portfolio cash flow of £16 million, driven by £29.8 million in distributions against £13.8 million in calls from private equity commitments.
It made £27.4 million of new investment in the month – including commitments into the IK Small Cap IV fund and an investment in a US healthcare ‘edutech’ play, Med Learning Group.
Pantheon allocated £1.5 million to share buybacks, acquiring 466,326 shares at an average price of 318.9p per share during the month, sealing an average discount of 33.2% to prevailing NAV.
The firm noted that, at the end of the month of November, it had undrawn commitments to private equity investments of £759 million, and its net debt to NAV ratio stood at 9.2%.
PIP also noted a £116 million drawdown from its multi-currency credit facility.
