Condor Gold PLC (AIM:CNR, TSX:COG, OTC:CNDGF) shareholders have approved its takeover by Metals Exploration PLC (AIM:MTL).
At a court hearing today, 99.4% of those who voted did so in favour of the resolution for the takeover's Scheme of Arrangement.
