Trust Stamp forges strategic partnership with Qenta for AI-powered identity solutions

T Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID), dba Trust Stamp, has struck a new partnership with Qenta Inc to create an identity and asset ecosystem designed to resist threats.

The partnership with Qenta involves a new subsidiary, QID Technologies LLC, in which Trust Stamp will hold a 10% equity stake.

Trust Stamp is giving QID a non-exclusive license for its AI-powered identity technologies in exchange for a $1 million fee, to be paid in three installments over the first quarter of 2025.

In addition, QID will engage Trust Stamp for business development, product development, and operations related to identity and privacy solutions, with annual service fees capped at $3.6 million starting January 2025.

With its 10% equity ownership in QID, Trust Stamp estimates a net cash inflow of $3.3 million from the billed revenue.

“This strategic transaction brings together Trust Stamp’s unique AI-powered identity authentication and tokenization technology, Qenta’s global asset tokenization capability, and the power of the QOS permissioned blockchain,” said Gareth Genner, CEO of Trust Stamp.

“The result is a robust identity and asset ecosystem designed to resist threats, including quantum computing, ransomware, and deepfake technologies.”

Genner added that the deal is immediately accretive for Trust Stamp, enabling the company to leverage existing resources without incurring additional expenses.

He highlighted that the collaboration positions the company’s technology for large-scale applications, including national identity programs, while also offsetting operating costs and potentially delivering long-term equity value.
